The memorial in St Mary Magdalen’s Church, Knighton lists the names of
the local men who died as a result of The Great War. A group of volunteers
have traced, wherever possible, the families, homes and stories of those
who lost their lives. All these threads are drawn together in this book that
runs to 88 pages and tells the story of how the area was affected one
hundred years ago. The book will be on sale for £5.
